Jonathan Kulick is a senior project director and adjunct professor of public policy at Pepperdine University. He has two decades of experience in policy analysis, in a wide range of fields. At Pepperdine, he manages studies in criminal justice and international security. Prior to joining Pepperdine, he was a senior advisor to the Government of Georgia, director of a think tank in Georgia, a policy analyst at RAND, and a research scientist at IBM. He has an M.Phil. in policy analysis from the RAND Graduate School, and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Stanford.
